These photos are a little late in coming (this happened June 21st) but here are a few photos of Hayes' Moving On Ceremony. We are leaving the safe womb of elementary school...and starting the dark, cold world of Middle School.
Ughh.... This is worse that letting them start Kindergarten. I really don't want to let go. I know that it won't be that bad but I really am not ready. Mind you---Hayes is ready. It's just me with the problem. Go figure! It was a great ceremony though. Hayes and his friends Nicolette and Mark played their trumpets to start the ceremony off -(they played "School Spirit") and did a really great job. They had several of the kids showcase their talents during the course of the 1 hour long ceremony. It was so nice and "moving". They all had me crying. I will cherish this day forever. I am so proud of you Hayes. I know you are ready to "move on"---but only to middle school:)
